A large lattice in the form of roots welcomes the commensals to the restaurant Arrel, the source of vitality of the earth and its food. This gastronomic proposal tells us about rooting in everything that defines us from a gastronomic point of view, wherever we are. Thus, Arrel honors the earth and all the precious products it gives us in each of the seasons (carn, vegetables, etc.) through its open kitchen and an offer of rations to share.
During breakfast, Arrel offers a buffet service for hotel guests, while at lunchtime it offers an executive menu from Monday to Friday and for dinner it proposes an extensive letter, both for guests and for external customers.
