Quirat
Recently awarded a Michelin star, Quirat, is a culinary heaven guided by the natural cycle of life. Quirat presents exclusive author’s interpretations that evolve with the seasons. At Quirat, we honor the earth by crafting our culinary creations with locally sourced ingredients. This ensures a sustainable gastronomic experience reflecting a deep respect for the environment while offering guests a taste of the region’s finest flavors.
Queer Destinations
Certified by Queer Destination, we prioritize inclusivity and safety for all travelers, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Our commitment includes specialized training and policies to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone. Through the ‘Hospitality Meets Diversity’ educational program, InterContinental® Barcelona promotes dedication to ensure each one feels at home during their stay.
Plant-For-The-Planet
InterContinental® Barcelona has recently started a collaboration with Plant-for-the-Planet. Plant- for-the-Planet empowers youth to restore and maintain ecosystems and provides advice to combat climate change and biodiversity loss. The collaboration enables the guests to compensate the CO2 emmitted during their stay. The donations will be used to restore the Santa Coloma de Queralt forest near Barcelona facilitating the capture of the hotel’s CO2 emissions.
The Garden
