"Exceptional stay in The Intercontinental Barcelona. The whole team is very professional, cordial and dedicated. Check-in process was a breeze. The property is well maintained and spotless. Our IHG membership and status was immediately acknowledged. We were giving an upgrade! There was a welcome gift (bottle of wine and some tapas) waiting for us! By the second day, the staff was calling us by our names. Every other day, the Concierge and/or the reception kept calling about our satisfaction or simply whether there was something that could be done to improve our experience. "The hotel staff. Very friendly and ready to help, genuinely. Radu at the bar in particular! The food in the Arrel restaurant was really really good! What do you think would make your next stay better? The espresso offerings in the room, including milk, were giving a feeling of cheep. Recognize a colleague Radu at the bar in particular. Then there was the gentlemen at the entrance that helped me with a wheelchair. And the lady welcoming us at the Arrel restaurant for dinner. All amazing. One of the best hotels in Barcelona. The rooms are very luxurious with an excellent bed, modern and innovative design, the location is excellent, the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a very nice spa, a huge lobby for meetings and a gym."
